Al-Nashmi Freight Ltd aims to provide fair and transparent services to all customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations and refunds may be available and the circumstances under which charges may still apply.

2. Cancellation Before Collection

Customers may cancel a booking before collection or service commencement.

If no costs have been incurred by Al-Nashmi Freight Ltd, a full refund will be issued.

If administrative, booking, packing material, or third-party charges have already been incurred, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation After Collection

Once a shipment has been collected, received into storage, packed, or handed to a carrier, the service is considered to have commenced.

Any transportation, handling, packing, storage, customs clearance, airline, shipping line, or third-party charges already incurred are non-refundable.

Any remaining balance may be refunded at the sole discretion of Al-Nashmi Freight Ltd after reviewing the costs incurred.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes and Government Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, inspection fees, and other government charges are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with destination country import regulations.

5. Shipping Delays

Estimated transit times are provided for guidance only.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Government authorities

  • Airlines

  • Shipping lines

  • Weather conditions

  • Security checks

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or regulatory restrictions, additional storage, return, handling, or disposal charges may apply.

Such charges are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Compensation, where applicable, will be assessed in accordance with the terms agreed during booking and any carrier liability limitations.

Customers are encouraged to purchase additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
